Justin Potwora is an associate at Kainos with a focus on evaluating, executing and monitoring investment opportunities. He enjoys working with the portfolio companies to develop and implement transformative growth strategies.
Prior to joining Kainos in 2024, he was employed as an investment banking analyst at Integris Partners, where he focused on Consumer and Industrial M&A advisory. Prior to that, he was an investment banking analyst at UBS.
Justin graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.B.A. in Finance and a specialization in Alternative Asset Management.
